These terms are the agreement between you and Lately. By using the app, you agree to them.
The service
Lately reads your connected sources — Calendar, Photos, and Apple Health — to generate a weekly recap of the good moments from your week. It is intended for personal, reflective use.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Lately offers auto-renewing subscriptions; the annual plan begins with a 7-day free trial, and the monthly plan begins billing right away. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the app — no reverse engineering, interfering with or disrupting the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Your content
Your reflections are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync them on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your data) belong to Lately and are protected by applicable law.
Disclaimers
Lately is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. It is a reflective tool and is not medical, health, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lately is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
